What if some child sitemaps are inaccessible?

For sitemap indexes (sites with multiple child sitemaps), the tool checks each child sitemap individually.

If some show as inaccessible:

• Those specific sitemap URLs return errors (404, 403, 500)
• Check the URLs are correct in your sitemap index file
• Verify those files actually exist on your server
• Check server permissions aren’t blocking access

Impact: URLs in inaccessible child sitemaps won’t be discovered by search engines. Fix these promptly to ensure complete site indexing.
