  • Educational and Training Purposes — Using the tool to learn about website performance, security, and SEO optimization in educational settings or personal skill development.
  • Agency and Consulting Services — Using Site Load Tester as part of professional services you provide to clients, including performance reports, security audits, and optimization recommendations (when clients authorize testing).

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Software for:

  • Testing websites or applications you do not own or have permission to test
  • Denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • Accessing or testing systems with intent to cause harm, disruption, or unauthorized access
  • Circumventing security measures or unauthorized access attempts

  • Maintain secure storage of your credentials and API keys
  • Comply with your hosting provider’s terms of service

3.2 Data Security

  • All credentials and API keys are stored locally on your device
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • You should regularly update and rotate your access credentials

When using command execution features:

  • ALl history is stored locally and can be cleared by you at any time

5.2 Usage Analytics

We do not collect any usage analytics or personal data from your use of this app.

6. Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • We are not responsible for PageSpeed Insights and SEO audit service outages or limitations
  • You should have alternative methods for critical server management tasks

7. Limitation of Liability
