# What if the app won’t open?

On first launch, macOS may show a security warning (because the app isn't code-signed).

Right-click the app and select "Open," then click "Open" in the security dialog.

It'll work normally after that.

## ALTERNATIVE METHOD:

If the above doesn't work:

1. Open System Settings (or System Preferences)
2. Go to "Privacy & Security"
3. Scroll down to "Security" section
4. You should see a message about SiteLoadTester being blocked
5. Click "Open Anyway"
6. Confirm by clicking "Open"

## TROUBLESHOOTING:

If you see "App is damaged" error:

Open Terminal and run:
cd /Applications
xattr -cr SiteLoadTester.app

Then try opening the app again using the steps above.

## REQUIREMENTS:

- macOS 13.0 (Ventura) or later
- Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) Mac
